Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

The best way to buy is online using your credit card. Our payment system is 100% secure but just in case we can also take credit card payments over the phone or you can send us a cheque.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule

We quote a flat shipping rate based on UK orders of £8.95 + VAT. We will normally process and despatch your order within 5 working days giving you an estimated delivery time of 5-10 working days. Occasionally some items may be out of stock and will requiring ordering from our supplier. If a delay is expected we will contact you and give you the option to either proceed with the order or cancel it.

If you require shipment to a destination outside of the UK please call us.

Credit Card Security

All online transactions are processed using SagePay. SagePay exceed industry security standards and requirements for online transaction processing.

Returns Policy

Goods may be returned within 14 days for a full refund less a £5 re-stocking charge and the delivery cost if they meet the following criteria.

1) They are unused and in resalable condition. The removing of tags signifies that the item has been used.
2) They are returned undamaged in their original manufacturer packaging (if appropriate). We reserve the right to charge for the replacement of damaged packaging.
3) You contact us by phone or email notifying us that an item is to be returned

You are responsible for returning the item therefore purchase adequate insurance that covers the cost of the item along with recorded delivery. Skins Cafe takes no responsibility for any items that are not packaged suitably and are damaged in transit. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed and cleared.

For faulty items please contact us prior to returning so we can confirm the fault. It is important that you check the item prior to signing for it to confirm there is no damage to it. Damaged items should not be signed for. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving any damaged items.
